Saul Ronsayro: Iron Prince (outside reading 4)
This is one of my favorite books. From the plot and how it was written to the fact that the audiobook is narrated phenomenally. But I am still writing this, well, not really. While it is a plot factor, I want to discuss it more than what is discussed in the book. It follows the story of Reidon Ward, a five-foot-nothing kid who weighs fifty pounds and is soaking wet. He has a disease where his bones grow into this flesh, causing him immense pain, which is the reason his parents abandoned him at the hospital. This kid faced all of this adversity, yet he is one of the most positive characters I've read in a while. It shows that the rougher the journey, the more the outcome will be. It makes me wonder about my life, filled with all its challenges. I have just started my journey for the rest of my life. What does this mean for my outcome? What will I be able to accomplish in my life?
