Saul Ronsayro: He Who Fights with Monsters (outside readings 2)

This isn't just a book, but one of my favorite series and a topic I wrote on for this class. I am writing about this because the author releases the books, chapter by chapter, on Patreon every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is important because the story arc is nearing completion, with the start of the final book, and it begins by recapping the hero's story, Jason. His story is about fights he should not have won, people being lost, and ultimately changing the entire cosmos for the better. I started reading for the magic combat, funny jokes, and overall exciting nature of the series, but the more I learn, the more I look deeply into the context behind every chapter. It provides a unique question: At what point does your hero's journey turn into that of a villain's arc? When does good start becoming evil, and how can you avoid that?
