Grayson Plummer- Topic of own choice: Entry 2. Journaling
Something that I started doing this semester that I feel has been particularly helpful is journaling. Each night before bed for around two months, I would write a entry describing what I did that day, any lingering thoughts, and goals for the next day. This brought me a sense of clarity and accomplishment before bed, and I found it was easier to sleep. I was consistent with this up till my Marathon on March 3rd, and fell off after that. I really want to begin doing this again as it really was a good thing, and is nice to look back on to remember each day later on.
