Emma Scott: Myth Became Fact (outside reading)

Cornieus believes that Christianity is not true nor real and he finds it ridiculous that other people could believe in such a concept. Christianity started with clergymen and then prospered and is worshiped by millions of men and women. Times are constantly changing and people latch onto things that stay consistent and constant. Religion is something that people can find that consistency in and they have the knowledge that it will not run away from them. Christianity comes from myth which is seen as fact. Some may believe directly from the mythical side of the religion, where others focus more so on the fact of the matter. The journey is to determine whether or not you believe that Christianity is fact or myth and then determining what religion best fits with your ideals and both your external and interior journey. If someone chooses to follow a religion there is an internal journey within that process. Once you are called to a specific religion some of the tests you may have to face one of them being if they stay with the same religion devoutly.
